Rename and/or move an object

DESCRIPTION

Rename and/or move an object

EXAMPLES

Rename-VdcObject -Path '\VED\Policy\My Devices\OldDeviceName' -NewPath '\ved\policy\my devices\NewDeviceName'
Rename an object
